Your Experience
On Arrival you will harness up. You will receive orientation and a safety briefing before your descent. You will be given a demonstration how to abseil and how the rope system works for you to feel secure. You will be clipped to the rope system and be escorted to the Abseiling site. After you have made your descent down the 112 m sheer cliff drop 1000 m above sea level off Table Mountain, you will hike back up to the abseil site. This will take about 20 min. The total Experience will take about 45 min. You will be guided by qualified guides.
Abseiling Table Mountain
Abseil 112 m off the Top of Table Mountain down a mind blowing, sheer vertical cliff, but first you need to travel 1000 m above sea level to do so. As you travel up Table Mountain and Abseil down a vertical cliff, you will be surrounded with awesome panoramic views of Cape Town City Center, the buzzing Waterfront, Robben Island, Lions Head, The Twelve Apostles, Camps Bay and the cold blue Atlantic Ocean below your feet. Further South as you stand on the Table Top of Table Mountain you will see the beautiful Cape Peninsula in all its glory. From the Hottentot Holland Mountains to False Bay and all the way to Cape Point on a clear day.
What to wear and bring
Bring a warm jacket as the weather can change very quickly on Table Mountain and can be windy at times.

Bring your camera and spare batteries to capture this great Adventure. The trip is weather dependent.
